Cancellation policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and booking conditions selected at the time of reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the specific terms provided during the booking process.

For Standard Rate reservations, cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival, no-shows, or early departures may result in charges up to the full reservation amount.

For Non-Refundable reservations, cancellations, modifications, or no-shows are not permitted, and the full reservation amount will be retained.
